Well, I can only say that it's a dream house now, as I can't buy it. *weep* Reasons? I'm currently tied to some HDB regulations, so I can only purchased a private residence after 5 years. Anyway, it may not be a good time to buy the house now due to the economy recession. Guess it's a time to save than to spend. Maybe I can considered buying it when it TOP in 2013. Hope it's not too expensive then.... else I may not be able to afford it.
So ... I can only continued dreaming .... and wait to see whether my dream can be fulfilled in 2013. *That's a very long time.
